RESTORATION PROCESS:

Lippage Removal (blending high areas): achieves a more level surface and appearance

Honing: removes minor to severe scratches caused by regular or heavy traffic; may be used to strip off waxes that have adhered to the surface

Polishing: gives a natural stone lustre and sheen while enhancing the the stone naturally in natural stones and helps protect the stone's surface; stone can be buffed to a high lustre or sheen

Cleaning: removes dirt, stains and bacteria as well as waxes and other substances that have become embedded

Sealing: protects the newly restored/cleaned surface from stains and dirt penetration; it doesn't alter the finished appearance of the stone

Color Enhancing: process used to bring out the stone's natual colours and hues uses sealers/impregnators formulated to enhance or enrich the stone's color

Grout cleaning and sealing: using a high tech system to clean your grout for "like-new" appearance before sealing for easier maintenance
